Focusing on the development of the ASEAN new energy vehicle industry and the transformation of global automotive value chains, the summit brought together government representatives, senior executives and technical experts from global automakers, component suppliers, technology companies and research institutions. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on investment policies, local industrial capability building, battery technologies, supply-chain development, smart manufacturing, overseas factory deployment and two-wheeler electrification, exploring new opportunities and pathways for the continued development of the NEV industry in Southeast Asia.

During the summit, representatives from the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT), ASEAN Federation of Electric Vehicle Associations (AFEVA), and Electric Vehicle Association of Malaysia (EVAM) shared their perspectives on regional NEV development from policy, market and ecosystem perspectives.
其中，泰国投资促进委员会围绕泰国支持电动汽车产业的投资推广政策与措施进行了分享；来自泰国农业大学及EVAT的专家则进一步探讨了泰国新能源汽车生态如何从市场增长走向本地产业能力建设。
The Thailand Board of Investment addressed investment promotion policies and measures supporting the EV industry in Thailand, while experts from Kasetsart University and EVAT explored how Thailand’s EV ecosystem can evolve from market growth toward stronger local industrial capabilities.

长安汽车围绕新能源汽车海外智能工厂的规划与实践，分享中国汽车企业进入海外市场过程中对于制造体系与本地化能力建设的思考。
Changan Automobile shared insights into the planning and implementation of overseas NEV smart factories, highlighting the importance of manufacturing capabilities and localization as Chinese automakers expand into international markets.
福特汽车则从政策与产业韧性的角度，探讨如何通过更加平衡的政策体系，持续提升泰国汽车产业的全球竞争力、投资吸引力与产业韧性。
Ford Motor Company addressed the importance of balanced policy frameworks in strengthening Thailand’s global automotive competitiveness, investment attractiveness and industrial resilience.
与此同时，博世、国轩高科、舍弗勒、安道拓、劳士领、中汽工程、大众汽车马来西亚、长城汽车、福田正大以及VJ Technologie HICOM、Brücknes Maschinenbau GmbH等企业，分别从汽车半导体、电池技术、绿色制造、数字化供应链、质量管理、AI驱动的电池检测以及智能制造等角度，分享了面向未来新能源汽车产业的技术与实践。
